A brief overview
Can you introduce yourself ? My name is Audrey, I am 36 years old, I am the proud mother of Arthur and Charlotte and we live on the Côte d'Azur. After having been a school teacher, I decided to devote myself to another teaching, that of Yoga. I am passionate about holistic medicine, especially aromatherapy and ayurveda.
When and how did this passion for yoga come to you? I discovered yoga about ten years ago, thanks to a work colleague, we went to an elderly lady's house, in a very small apartment, with cats and books everywhere... it was very atypical !!!
Usually used to swimming lengths, it was after my two pregnancies that I felt the need to go further in the path of Yoga.
What does this represent in your daily life? I practice every morning before the house wakes up. It's my moment for me… I meditate, then according to my intuition, Hatha or Vinyasa. I try to go to a studio once a week to keep improving and I attend workshops from time to time. In the evening, I favor more restorative sessions, but most often, I play with my children.
It is essential for me to continue training, this year will be Yin Yoga and Children's Yoga, I can't wait!
Do you find time to practice during your travels? I try, I always take my mat (YUJ of course!) and I upload sessions to apps. The must is to try the studios depending on where I am.
What is your favorite YUJ product? I'm a fan of all the t-shirts, I love their cut and the material is light, which makes them very pleasant to wear during class and in the city.

What is your favorite country so far? I dream of visiting many countries, but I am a fan of the United States. National parks, the desert, California...
Good addresses to share? A walk in Saint Paul, stroll through the alleys, have a drink at the Café de la Place, watching the pétanque players. The Liberation market in Nice to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. The Nice e-store Bazar Bio, for their sharp and green selection of beauty and make-up products. To offer a gift to his darling, the Abakashop concept store in Nice. In California, the Mammoth Lake ski resort, in summer and winter, Griffith Park, for the breathtaking view of LA, the Big Sur cliffs, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Whole Foods Market for take-out meals.

What does a day in the life of Audrey look like? Morning practice, healthy breakfast with the family, yoga classes, lunch, class preparation, return of the children, dinner together everyone tells their day (well, especially the children…) and a romantic evening.
