4 days and 3 nights at the Villa Relais et Châteaux 5***** hotel with absolute comfort during which Hélène and her guests accompany you for a three-hour daily practice between gentle and dynamic yoga, guided hikes in the hills, moments of relaxation with massages and free time and finally, detox vegan meals to detoxify your body.
Each month, we share balanced and healthy seasonal recipes for you yogis. This time it is chef Mylo Levin from Villa Calvi that we are honoring by revealing some vegan recipes.
A few words about veganism ! Veganism consists of eliminating all foods derived from animal exploitation. As a result, we exclude meat, fish, milk, eggs and honey from all recipes. It is a way of living without animal exploitation, respecting Beings in an ethical way.
Vegan and vegetarian, don't confuse… being a vegetarian means eliminating animal flesh while accepting foods of animal origin. Veganism goes beyond food, it is the desire to adopt a more ethical, committed and responsible consumption towards animal species and the environment.
