Gratitude is a feeling that we cultivate every day at YUJ. Whether it is to you, dear yogis, who follow and support us every day, or to those who need it most.
During the difficult period of confinement that we have just gone through, we had chosen to support hospital staff in particular by donating 10% of each order on the www.yuj.fr website to the emergency fund of the Fondation des Hôpitaux de France against the Covid-19.
Today, we are focusing our efforts on our dear teachers, who have worked hard to keep the practice of yoga going despite the closure of all studios. They knew how to reinvent themselves and discover a new teaching method: online courses. They have, in their own way, helped us a lot to get through all the little ills of everyday life - amplified in this very special time. And as auto-entrepreneurs, most of them have continued to teach on a completely voluntary basis by offering their course for free on our YouTube page. It was also to thank them that we had created during the confinement the pot of yoga teachers which was fully donated to them. Thanks to your generous donations, they were able to feel supported and it gave them even more energy to continue. A very nice outpouring of generosity that warmed our hearts.
To continue in this process of kindness, gratitude and solidarity, we organized on the occasion of the International Yoga Day a day of outdoor yoga to the sound of birds, this Sunday, June 21. Five 50-minute lessons in the magnificent Palais Galliera garden in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Program :
10:00 a.m. - 10:50 a.m.: Class with Fanny Delbrel
11:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m.: Class with Hélène Duval
4:00 p.m. - 4:50 p.m.: Class with Amélie Tahiti
5:00 p.m. - 5:50 p.m.: Class with Morgane Ashkabousi
6:00 p.m. - 6:50 p.m.: Class with Faustine Cressot
The benefit of the courses will, again, be entirely donated to the teachers. For all those who can't make it but still want to practice remotely, don't worry, the classes will be transcribed live on our Instagram page @yujyoga. We have therefore created a new kitty, for their benefit, and on donation for all students who decide to participate in live distance lessons.
To subscribe to our Instagram page, it's HERE and for the link of the kitty, LA .
A thousand billion thanks for your solidarity, your generosity, your commitment, your support. This allows us to always keep moving forward despite the hardships.
