While our yoga studios have been closed since March 15, and to help you go further in your practice - physical but also mental - we have teamed up more than ever with all the teachers who usually give their all at YUJ yoga. studio to provide you with as much online content as possible.
We wanted to offer as many options as possible to satisfy all yogis: our YUJ YOGA STUDIO Online, our YouTube page, and Instagram lives!
We have therefore completely digitized our urban refuges to create the YUJ YOGA STUDIO Online. Several live lessons a day with all your favorite 60-minute teachers. Designed as mini-workshops with very specific and rigorously chosen themes. More than the continuity of the practice, we really wanted to help you go further, to deepen your yoga a little more. In addition to this very complete offer, we upload a new video every day on our YUJ YouTube channel of 30 or 40 minutes. Accessible free of charge, we have chosen to set up a kitty which will be fully donated to all the teachers who participated, as soon as the studios reopen. The donation is free and conscious, let's unite to allow us to face this situation together.

Thank you to all our yogis for being, every day, more and more numerous to follow our videos, our lives and to share their beautiful energies with us, even from a distance. We have never been so united.
Because staying at home (in leggings and doing yoga) can save lives, we have decided that for each order placed on our eshop , we will donate 10% of your basket to the Fondation des Hôpitaux de France in order to to be able to help the nursing staff in their daily lives at our level.
