Liver and Yoga - Part 2: Take Action



One of the functions of the liver is to clean the body and like any filter, it becomes clogged, its capacity is impaired. Compression postures such as Pavana Muktasana (liberation of the winds) or the bow posture allow you to act specifically on this organ, which must be imagined as a large sponge soaked in blood.
