When in 2007 Hélène Duval left her position in the world of luxury to become a yoga teacher, she was far from imagining that 10 years later she would become a wonder yogista for a new generation of yogis.

On February 6, YUJ YOGA STUDIO will open its doors and will become "the new place to be" where each of you will come to refocus, recharge your batteries and regenerate yourself in an inspiring place, lit by candlelight, to the sound of music. We have spent many weeks recruiting the most inspiring teachers to guide you in your practice. We are now ready to unveil our new concept, straight from New York and unique in France: The original yoga flow, a dynamic and addictive yoga.
