Like our other mats, they are made of natural rubber with a soft imitation suede covering which guarantees their non-slip qualities.
Nothing changes just the thickness! The 3mm mats remain foldable and machine washable (cold).
Why choose a 3mm mat?
For a soft practice, the ideal mat will be the 3mm one. Indeed, a slightly thicker mat will bring more comfort to the joints and a deep exploration to let go and take the time to feel the postures on the ground.
