A brief overview
Can you introduce yourself ? I am a yogini who loves sharing the path of yoga to make people happier and the world more beautiful. This is why I created my Orezen school . Driven by strong ethical values, I am often found on the initiatives of the Colibris movement. And as soon as I can, I'm on the road to marvel at our planet.
When and how did this passion for yoga come to you? Already very young I was attracted by philosophical questions but it was only at 20 that I discovered yoga. I only practice postures until 2014 when, following an accident that deprived me of my knee, I had to learn to walk again. That's when I first realized how great yoga is and decided to become a yoga teacher. Trained in traditional Hatha yoga in the tradition of master Swami Sivananda, what I want more than anything is to help as many people as possible to flourish, to reconnect with themselves but also with nature and to use yoga to be healthy and successful in their lives.
What does this represent in your daily life? From sunrise to sunset. I start with my kriyas (cleansing), then sit down to meditate or practice my pranayama (breath discipline). Then I continue with my asana session before preparing my lessons and teaching. I cook vegetarian and pass on to whoever wishes the teaching of yoga.
Do you find time to practice during your travels? It is even a tradition. A sun salutation in front of the Ganges, a Vrikshasana posture in a Zen garden in Kyoto, a meditation in the Red Rock Canyon in the USA.
What is your favorite YUJ product? Skin silver leggings that are like a second skin.
The world
What is your favorite country so far? The first that made my heart vibrate is Canada with its call of nature, its breathtaking landscapes, its warm winter, its Indian summer... Then mystical India which awakened the free child in me. But each country visited has a place in my heart.

For you, "the place to be" is it?
In France because even if I love to travel, I come back to the sources where all those who saw me grow up live.
