A brief overview
Can you introduce yourself ? Marlène Esson, born 35 years ago on the Côte d'Azur to an Italian mother and an Ardèche father. Coming from a large family (3 sisters, 2 brothers) I grew up in Love, Joy and Good Mood! Laced my first ballet slippers at the age of 5….at 15, direction Danse Etude in Nice, then Rosella Hightower in Cannes, while continuing my studies in Dance, I was a professional dancer in company, cabaret, orchestra, figuration in the series “Sous le soleil” on TF1…. I'm closing my baccalaureate path with my state diploma as a dance teacher (Jazz), Go Go! Departure for the Capital where I teach dance and begin a Yoga Teacher Training…. A few years later, back in the sun with my Yoga Diploma in addition, I then taught Dance & Yoga and started a Children's Pilates and Yoga Training and……yes I stay in the sun where currently I give lessons (group, private, and even to companies) of Dance, Yoga (Adults & Children) and Pilates; At the beginning of 2014, I decided to undertake training as a Sophrologist & Trainer in Corporate Stress Management, which is currently being finalized.
Your philosophy? Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life!
Projects ? Ouiiiiiiii (Hush, it's a secret), each good achievement, big or small, knows its periods of drudgery and triumphs; a beginning, a fight, and a victory.
What is your approach: - to well-being? I'm very feng shui! "Everything you are or will become is the result of the use of your mind" - happiness? "Dream your life in color, it's the secret of happiness" ;) - yoga? My best Friend, my Precious! "The Present Moment, Here and Now"
What type of yoga do you teach? Dynamic Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yogalates and Kids Yoga.
How did you discover yoga? With girlfriends during our training as dancers and since then he hasn't left me.
How does yoga help you in your daily life? I eat Yoga, I sleep Yoga, I live Yoga. It represents my physical, mental and emotional balance.
A funny story that happened to you in yoga class? (Cuteness) During a yoga class for children, I had them work on breathing with the image of the balloon in their stomachs which inflates and deflates and that day we have the right to choose a shape for our balloon … And one of my mini yogis says to me “Me my ball, it has your own shape” “Ah good? "Yes, a big heart!" »
What is your favorite YUJ outfit? The incredibly soft “YOGINIS” sweatshirt and all the other outfits are insane too!
What do you like about being an ambassador for YUJ? First of all a pride to represent this first French brand of yoga, I like its Urban and Active side! Without forgetting that behind YUJ, it is above all a Gold team!
What is your favorite yoga room near you? In Aix: “ Yoga Evolution ”, but my two favorites are in St Tropez on the beach “ Pure Nature Yoga ” and Monaco “ Sunshine Yoga Monte Carlo ”.
Your dream for the future? There are two days in a year when nothing can be done. They are called yesterday and tomorrow. For now, today is the perfect day to love, believe, do and mostly Live.
Do you have any “fitness” or well-being advice to give? Upon waking: hot lemon, at bedtime: verbena. A correct lifestyle, sleep is very important and every day: "YOGA, POSITIVE ATTITUDE" good in your body, good in your head.
