A brief overview
I missed the benefits of a physical discipline ... I meet Ashtanga vinyasa for the first time in Lille and the discovery of this physical practice related to breath and concentration rather than performance is then a revelation for me ... Today, as a return to my roots, I reconnect with physical work and a connection to oneself, to others and to nature.
More seriously, when I think of travel today, it's first of all to discover other practices or train myself.
I'm planning a trip for my son's 13th birthday where our only concerns will be Surf and Yoga!
The world
I would love to go to Costa Rica soon. And in India the following year.
-In Touquet, in summer, the O'Safran , a beach bar, with great detox juices.
-In Paris, I like to have lunch or dinner at Marianne (rue des rosiers) or have a Vegan burger at Hank Burger.
indiscretions
I can get up early, but I also love sleeping in! Depending on my replacements or my lessons in season, the schedules of the lessons I give are very variable. Otherwise, I'm working on my projects: Yoga vents and also a future Yoga House on the Opal Coast with Yoga & sports retreats. Then it's Yoga practice, reading about yoga, (books, blogs, etc …) to continue to train myself even outside of training, find new playlists for my classes.
I like to cook too (right now I'm making Green Smoothie Bowls for my kids)In the evening, I love watching good films or documentaries.
