HOW TO ORDER ?
To place an order on our e-shop, you need:
- Create your account or identify yourself in “log in” at the top right of the home page.
- Select your items as you browse the site and add them to your basket
- Validate your basket
- Indicate your delivery address or choose click & collect in one of our stores.
- Confirm and pay for your order
Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email.
To follow the progress of your order at any time, go to your account in the “my orders” section. In this section, you will find the details of your orders and you will be able to print your invoices.
Order cancellation :
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by telephone on +33 (0)1 42 33 81 11 Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by email at email@example.com. Your order can be modified within 30 minutes after having validated it. After this deadline, the order can no longer be modified.
Add an item to my cart
To add an item to your basket, you must go to the product sheet you want, select your size then click on "Add to basket".
Validate my basket
To view and order the products in your basket, go to “my basket” located at the top right of the home page.
Remove items from my cart
To delete items from your basket, click on the deleted box represented by a cross to the right of each product line.
Redeem a promo code or gift card
To use a promotional code or gift card, simply enter the promotional code or gift card number in the dedicated “gift card or promo code” space located in your basket. Once validated, the offer will automatically be taken into account in your order.

YUJ delivers worldwide.
DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
At YUJ, we have chosen to offer free delivery to all our customers in mainland France and Europe for all orders of €100 or more.
Here are the different delivery methods we offer:
Metropolitan France :
- Colissimo : Standard delivery payable by the customer (€7.90) and free from 100€ purchase. The average delivery time is 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination.
- Chronopost : Delivery at the customer's expense (12€ for packages weighing less than 10kg, 20€ for packages weighing more than 10kg) for express delivery within 24-36 hours.
- Chronopost : Standard delivery payable by the customer (€14.99) and free from 100€ purchase. The average delivery time is 1 to 10 days depending on the destination.
- UPS : Delivery at the customer's expense (€24.99 for packages weighing less than 5kg, €30 for packages weighing more than 5kg).
DOM TOM :
- Colissimo DOM-TOM : Delivery at the customer's expense (20€) and free from 350€ of purchase. Delivery time 5 to 20 days
United Kingdom :
- UPS: Delivery at the customer's expense (€19.99) and free from €350 of purchase.
Rest of the world :
- Colissimo : Delivery at the customer's expense (45€) and free from 500€ of purchase. Delivery time 5 to 20 days
- UPS : Delivery at the customer's expense (55€). Delivery time 3 to 10 days
Once you have picked up your package, you will be able to track your package at any time on the site using the tracking number available on your online account in the details and tracking of your order or which has been sent to you by email when confirming your order.
If you are absent, a calling card will be left for you to allow you to collect your package from a collection point.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER VALIDATING MY ORDER
For any change to your delivery address, you must contact our customer service by telephone on +33 (0)1 42 33 81 11 within 30 minutes after validating your order, specifying your order number.
PLEASE NOTE: changing a delivery address is only possible if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
RECEIPT ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER
The package is delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering and delivered against signature; if you are absent during delivery, re-delivery is planned the next day (working day).
If the package cannot be received after these two attempts, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox so that you can collect your package from your post office. With or without delivery notice, you can go directly to your post office with the tracking number and your identity document.
I DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE
First, you can check the delivery of your order using the tracked package number found in the confirmation email or in your account.
If the information provided does not provide you with sufficient information, we invite you to contact our customer service (email@example.com) with your order number and tracking number.
Payment for your order on www.yuj.fr is made online via Paypal and credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
Payment is made when your order is shipped, once your package has been shipped by our logistics service.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
In accordance with national and European legal provisions protecting the consumer, you have a period of 14 clear days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and this without having to justify reasons to pay penalties, Exception, where applicable, for return costs.
However, the shipping costs of the return package remain your responsibility. We recommend that you keep your proof of postage.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Products that are returned, in particular incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled, will not be taken back. The item must be in its original packaging (protective film) accompanied by the label on the garment.
If you wish to return an item, you have the choice between an exchange, a credit, or a refund.
- Exchange : the exchange is made according to the availability of our stocks (delivery of the new item is free).
- Credit : the credit is valid for six months on the e-shop from its date of issue, it is non-refundable. When an order is placed with a credit, returned products cannot be refunded. Only exchange or credit will be authorized.
- Refund : the refund is made to the bank account with which you paid for your order and is effective within 10 days maximum.
The item must only be returned to us to the address indicated below.

MY ITEM HAS A QUALITY DEFECT
Despite the great care that we take with our customers' orders and despite the quality control that we carry out before each shipment, it may exceptionally happen that an item presents a quality defect. In this case you have 30 days (from the date of shipment) to return it to us and get a refund.
To return an item with a defect to us, you must contact our customer service email@example.com who will explain the return terms and the procedure to follow.
MY ITEMS ARE NOT THOSE I ORDERED
Despite all the care we take in preparing orders and despite the quality control we carry out before each shipment, it may exceptionally happen that you receive an item that you did not order or that is not intended for you. In this case you have 30 days (from the date of shipment) to return it to us. Upon receipt of your return, you will be immediately refunded. To return an item to us, you must contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org who will explain the return terms and the procedure to follow.
In the event of a preparation error in your order, the return costs are covered by our e-store by sending a pre-paid Colissimo label . However, if you change your mind or if you no longer like your item, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once your return is received, the refund will be made within one week. Your bank account will be re-credited with the sum of the returned items and the delivery costs.
