- Features of YUJ Paris Loyalty Program Membership
Membership of the YUJ Paris loyalty program is intended to enable its customers to benefit from the advantages described below. The use and benefit of the advantages attached to this membership are intitu personae. Membership is free and does not bind the customer in any way. A customer who joins the loyalty program becomes a subscriber to the program. Subscribers to the loyalty program accept that the program may be modified, in whole or in part, at any time. In this case, subscribers will be notified by e-mail of the changes made and their effective date. Updated terms and conditions are available at any time on the website.

Membership of the loyalty program is reserved for customers of the online store www.yuj.fr. When registering on the site, the customer guarantees the accuracy of all the information provided and will be solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or obsolete information.
- Benefits of the YUJ Paris Loyalty Program
3.1 Earning Loyalty Points
3.1.1 Earning Loyalty Points
When placing an order on ww.yuj.fr, all customers are credited with loyalty points, under the conditions defined below: 1 loyalty point = €1 including tax paid. Eligible expenses are only expenses paid directly to Yuj Paris. No points will be awarded for any other expenses. Loyalty points cannot be transferred to another Subscriber.
3.1.2 Points accumulation start date
Loyalty points are cumulative from the date of confirmation of registration in the program.
3.1.3 Accumulation of loyalty points as part of promotions
Additional loyalty points may also be awarded to Subscribers as part of one-off promotional campaigns.
3.2 Loyalty program membership services :
Occasional promotions may be offered to members of the YUJ Paris loyalty program. Subscribers will be informed of these promotions by sending an e-Newsletter. Information relating to the promotions offered can also be consulted on the site. Subscribers have access to their points account via the e-mail sent to them when points are credited. They can also request their balance from time to time by telephone or e-mail to our customer service (sales@yuj.fr) .
- Use of loyalty points
Loyalty points are intended to be converted into a promotional code on the www.yuj.fr website such that for every €200 incl. tax spent, a unique and nominative promotional code of €15 incl. tax is granted to the customer. This promotional code can then be used on the next order for a minimum value of €80 including tax. Loyalty points are valid for 1 year from the date of collection of the points. Anyone requesting the cancellation of their membership must imperatively convert their loyalty points no later than 1 month after the date of cancellation of their membership. Loyalty points not converted within this period will be automatically cancelled. Loyalty points cannot be transferred to another subscriber. Loyalty points cannot be converted into cash and have no cash value.
- Miscellaneous
Pursuant to the provisions of law n°78.17 of January 6, 1978, known as the “Informatique et Libertés” law, Subscribers have a right of access to information entered by computer concerning them, as well as a right to rectify this information. information from customer service. In the event of a dispute between a subscriber and YUJ Paris, the parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement as a matter of priority. FRENCH LAW IS ONLY APPLICABLE . Any disagreement or litigation which would arise within the framework of the present which would not be resolved amicably between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

All information and details relating to the loyalty program are available on the website www.yuj.fr. The Subscriber may also be kept informed of updates to the program via newsletters sent periodically to Subscribers who provided an active e-mail address when registering for the loyalty program.

A rticle 1: Organizing company
The sponsorship operation is organized by the company YUJ - Yoga with style SAS whose head office is located at 11 rue Edmond Valentin - 75007 PARIS registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 799 900 576. .

Article 2: Dates and deadlines for the sponsorship operation
The sponsorship operation takes place from 15/01/2021.
The organizing company reserves the right to modify these regulations (and in particular) the
dates of the sponsorship operation without notice.
Article 3: Conditions of participation
The sponsorship operation is limited to the sole customers of the company.
To sponsor, you must be over 18 and domiciled in metropolitan France.
Article 4: Terms of sponsorship
For a sponsorship to be considered valid, it is necessary that the godson be a
new client of the organizing company.
Article 5: Offers and rewards
The offer granted to godchildren is 10€ offered on the first order via the code sent by the sponsor.
This offer cannot be combined with other offers. It is valid for any new customer of the organizing company placing their first order of a minimum of €80 thanks to customer sponsorship.
The reward sent to referrers for all validated referrals is described as follows:
- From 1 validated sponsorship: a voucher of 10€ offered by sponsorship, valid on the next order of an amount of 80€ minimum
- From 3 validated referrals: a €15 voucher offered per referral, valid on the next order for a minimum amount of €80
- From 5 validated referrals: a €20 voucher offered per referral, valid on the next order for a minimum amount of €80
The rewards obtained by a sponsor are nominative and cannot be combined with each other and
with other commercial offers.
These rewards are sent based on validation and
the verification of the order of the godchildren and in particular their non-retraction.
The organizing company reserves the right to modify the rewards without notice,
especially in case of unavailability.
Article 6: Reservations, fraud and spam
Any fraud or attempted fraud will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions
of articles 313-1 and following of the Penal Code.
Spam (sending unsolicited or irrelevant emails or text messages to groups of
people) is prohibited for the smooth running of the operation. The organizing company
reserves the right to permanently exclude from the sponsorship operation any user who is
reported as violating this rule.
Thus, the sponsor takes sole responsibility for providing the contact details of his godchildren to the
organizing company. He undertakes to provide only the contact details of relatives likely to
to be interested in the products and services of the organizing company for which he will have
previously obtained the explicit consent of the godchild.
Article 7: Data processing and freedoms
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 06/01/78, participants have a right
access and rectification of personal data concerning them by writing to the company
organizer.
Article 8: Applicable law and acceptance of the rules
These sponsorship regulations will be governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the sponsorship operation of the organizing company,
The Paris court will have sole jurisdiction.
Participants declare that they understand and fully accept these rules relating to
